Any form may be retrieved from the database by using the find function. With query abilities on any field once the particular form is brought up on the screen simply click the copy button make whatever changes are necessary such as serial number, National Board No. and date and another form is completed within moments.

We went to the extra step allowing you to transfer the data from the form you are working on to one of the supplemental forms by simply clicking the transfer button. You will then be prompted for which supplemental forms you want to use: U4 U4A U4B.

The data fields on the various forms not only have pop-up windows with edit features on the fly but they also include the most common and industry standard data normally found on any of the various forms; such as vessel type, materials, joint efficiencies, jacket types, impact testing, nozzle types and sizes, flange types and materials, reinforcement materials, and support information.

The National Board requires their approval to use computer-generated forms. We've made this task easy for you by including a preprinted letter addressed to the National Board requesting permission to use computer generated forms.

Keeping track of the national board numbers being used is done automatically each time you print a form. For test prints or reprints there are special features available so that they will not add unnecessary records to the National Board log. We also track the last National Board No. used and show it to you each time a new record is created; allowing the user to enter the next number.

Printing the forms can be simply done on any Windows supported printer on plain inexpensive copy paper. On double sided forms the program will pause allowing you to turn the form over manually feed back in and can continue printing the second side with a click of the mouse.
